The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘Estilo.ae’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’), belonging to the company Estilo Cosmetics Trading. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These general Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express written prior dispensation. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and unreservedly accept our general Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important as they protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

estilo.ae operates under the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All transactions and agreements made on this website will be governed by the local laws of the UAE.

Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. ESTILO does not store your payment card information.

User Restrictions

Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as users of the website or transact on it.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Estilo.ae policies and rules.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

ESTILO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

The product is unavailable.

Payment cannot be verified.

Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Secure Payment

Payment confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours of successful transactions.

Delivery Policy

Delivery fees inside UAE are set at a flat rate of AED 25.

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are: unused ,unopened and in their original packaging

Delivery charges apply to exchanges.

Refunds are not available.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at cs@estilo.ae. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Privacy and Data Protection

Customers must provide accurate information for order processing and billing.

Users have the right to access and modify personal data stored by estilo.ae .

Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of our rights. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
